Functions
- Bulk Message Deletion: Efficiently delete multiple messages including text and media in all channels on a server. Best for deleting spammer messages

- Audit Logging: Maintain a log of deleted messages and actions taken by the bot for accountability and review. All log history will saved in database.
- Real-Time Operation Tracking: Monitor the status of deletion operations and receive notifications upon completion.

- Cross platform supported: Both slashcommands and prefix commands can be used which is user friendly to phone users.
